​Energy renovation

In addition to the replacement of the woodwork, the restaurant underwent an energy renovation which included:

• the construction of a new solar power plant,
• the thermal insulation of the flat roof,
• the purchase and installation of two air-to-water heat pumps,
• the installation of a convector system for heating and cooling the premises,
• the installation of a ventilation system,
• the replacement of conventional light fittings with LED lighting,
• the replacement of sanitary fittings,
• the purchase of a composter and a waste compactor with a can compactor attachment.

The investment was co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund.
